Mal is probably best known for his snarky attitude that he gives most of the time to everyone. Don't get him wrong however, cause when it comes to teaching, he does a complete turn around and is a rather good teacher. He is a book fanatic, that not many people know about him and he collects rare and limited editions of books. Despite how annoying he can be when he spouts his mouth.. he is actually really loyal and will look after anyone that actually comes under his wing. Currently not many have managed to make it past the icy wall he puts up, and deep inside he really hates himself for not being able to form lasting bonds with many people.
