[PERSONALITY]
Known most formally as the angel of silence much so due to the fact that she was reborn with the inability to speak for certain intentions, with that it would be quite apparent that the angel would be the polar opposite of talkative and the fact that she had existed for centuries before the existence of paper and technology she is completely used to merely just being a watcher rather than a talker which suits her role. She’s an observer by heart, being a person to watch a situation play out rather than interfering with it herself unless it happens to interfere with her job in some way. Since she tends not to communicate to people majority of the time, she merely just stands/stills completely still and dull whilst harbouring an expressionless face other than blinking, making people sometime compare her to a statue or perhaps a painting. But if needed, she'll write down words onto paper as even humans may get suspicious that a girl whom cannot speak or write would be admitted to a high-school.
Being one whom keeps an eye on the balance of the world and most specifically the area of the world she’s currently assigned to, she is one whom doesn’t seem to mind being in the presence of demons and those whom do bad as she’s often required to work with them from time to time given that the scales are tipped towards the side of the good. For that she’s often seen as a person whom is an oddity and perhaps a demon herself for those whom exist in the side of good morality when it’s more or less due to the fact that the female has a unbiased view upon each being of the world. She wouldn’t help a person whom is being corrupted to problems caused by someone bad nor do the same for someone of good, but that wouldn’t mean that she may choose to help a person out of whim. As long as it doesn’t do anything big to the moral compass the higher ups would merely bat a blind eye to it. She does her best not to harbour any favouritism towards people, kind deeds of buying a person something or assisting them may occur but that wouldn’t mean that she likes you in anyway. In a sense, her heart is locked by many, many padlocks each requiring an intricate key to unlock one and another.
Though one cannot know it as she rarely speaks, she is a person of high intellectual standard and is capable of solving even the most hardest of problems in the world and is quite aware of most of the ongoing things as it is her job to make sure things stay in near state of order. But there is a lot of stuff that she doesn’t know and it’s more or less things that are commonly new and done in the human society such as new food, entertainment and music. Though she may attempt to avoid most of these things when one is presented to her she cannot help but get wrapped up by the newly felt emotions from experiencing a unknown identity which is likely the only times that one may get a smile or a bitter look from her. Outside of that, she’s rather organized and very neat to an extent where it looks borderline ocd. She’ll clean up her own mess and make her things look like she wasn’t even there, while even when it comes to writing she’s quite precise to the point where it looks like everything had been typed out by a typewriter. But when one comes to the subject of fighting, it’s likely that you don’t want to upset the balance as although looking like a child she has many human life-span of experience though in any other case wouldn’t be fighting even if she herself was attacked.

But to mask herself into today’s society she shrouds her wings to keep those out of the sight of humans, though may be visible to those whom have specialized powers. Outside of her whole angel race, she is somewhat identify able as there’s not many whom share the same gem-esque ruby eyes for her and is commonly chatted to by humans of what seems to be her physical age group due to her eyes distinct nature. Other than that there isn’t much that separates her from any other average human girl other than the fact that her genetical make up may be different in some way. She bores long brown hair, cascading down to her waist as her figure is thin and slender showing obvious child-like qualities. As for her facial looks, she does bear significant signs of femininity making it quite certain that one may think of her as a female even if she had short hair and attempted to wear typical male clothes.
As she is a student, she is commonly seen in the required schooling female attire ninety percent of the time but since it would be seen as odd for her to wear the clothes every single day outside of school-times she would be wearing just a mere white shirt, red dress and red ballet shoes along with a rose hair-pin. Not needing to sleep, she doesn’t opt to wear any sleeping attire or anything outside of this. However if needed if there happened to be schooling vacations or swimming lessons her clothing would be switched to suit the situation and commonly either be in a crimson red or white colour.

It wasn't a known fact for most but unknown to majority of humans angels and demons existed fighting with each other. In order to keep the two sides both in check there were a few number of angels reborn and given jobs in different parts of the world to maintain the order of good and evil and keep the concept that humans were to call yin and yang being true. Coming to another story there happened to be a child whom ended up dying in a fire but out of good will and the fact that she was a innocent soul, Dorothy happened to be one of those angels and was reborn but with the inability to speak to merely act as a watcher in most cases, a person whom wouldn’t speak any evils yet wouldn’t speak any good either. Of course not all of those of her kind were the same, in a sense she was a bit of a special case and perhaps a prototype in order to see whether speech hindered or helped the angel’s job. However it would come to be that humans ended up developing ways of communicating without speech so that project had soon to come pointless due to technology. The angel bearing a appearance of a child would come to mask herself in human’s society and merely becoming an eye to the moral compass of the area which would eventually come to be known as New York City and the places situated around it.
Of course it ended up becoming an inconvenience at a time that one had to establish an identity since angels couldn’t entirely hide from the eyes of humans and staying out of sight didn’t give angels the freedom of finding out vital information and especially for her keep an eye on the good and the bad. To combat this during over the many years that humans spent living their lives, establishing wars and settling down she would have come to be a child of many names through her life time. At one point of her life she happened to be a mere slave and another she was an adopted daughter of a wealthy family though she was merely just meant to be an orphan but things got out of hand. Long story short, she merely kept playing her life as a human in order to allow her to do her job and eventually when it came near the year of today she had come to be a student of Hisso Academy simply due to the fact that in this place she didn’t entirely have to act human all the time. Of course that changed when Humans were allowed into the academy but as she was so used to masking into their society she would plan to keep her identity as a mere phantom first year student due to her physical age. But she was most formally known at the angel of silence, Dora and is commonly depicted to the human society as a male angel of death wielding a flame imbued sword which is apparently far from true but myths were always a bit far-fetched.
