 He stuck out like a sore thumb. No, no, not Zeph (for once), but the kid who Zeph was looking at: half-shaved head, crazy eyes, and crazier tattoos. Just about as soon as Zeph laid eyes on the student named Iriel, he decided that this individual was either something supernatural or a human who was definitely worth knowing.
After the first few days of classes, Zeph decided to try his luck and approach the kid while everyone began filtering back to their dorm rooms. He was easy enough to pick out in a crowd, so, jogging up on him from behind, Zeph leaned his arm on the oddity's shoulder. Only wearing a t-shirt, Zeph's skin touched Iriel's as his exposed arm brushed against the base of the neck of his new acquaintance. He didn't pay it any mind.
"Ey mate, I don't mean to alarm ya, but yer eyes are lookin' out of whack," he began with mock concern, but quickly cracked a smile, "Nah, I kid, I kid. But, joking aside, they look fuckin' ace -- they inked?" His mind was running through the potential creatures that he could be. Demon, maybe. That seemed like a safe bet. They had crazy looks, right? Though, he could just be a normal human who decided to get ink in his eyeballs. Apparently modifying their own skin just wasn't enough for some people.

BLOW A KISS, FIRE A GUNAll we need is someone to lean on He should of taken better notes of what he should be doing today after school. Didn't he have somewhere to be? Hmm, it was quite possible but he couldn't remember what it was he was supposed to be doing. Wait, what was he even thinking about a moment ago? Shit. He really needed to work on his memory.
A small sigh escaped the bird as he took his time heading back to the dorm. That plan too was soon lost with a sudden skin to skin contact that caused him to pause for a mere ten seconds. Soemthing flashed past his brain but he wasn't sure what kind of memory that had been. It was fast, too the point, and then gone. But he got the feelign it meant something rather important and about...hunting?
Slightly startled he turned to take in Zephyr who found it a great idea to remain entangled with him. Nothing seemed to register with the dark haired teen for a good moment until his brain kick started. "Huh? Oh, no. No, they're aren't inked." And Iriel would of considered getting his eyes inked if they weren't all ready black. So sad.
Now that he took Zephyr in by appearence he knew the kid but never really spoke to him. It was a sad fact that would soon be fixed!
