bloody troubles ▼ ♞ A high pitched scream has erupted on the dance floor, as someone seemed to have tripped and fallen on the floor. Ah well, that wasn't too bad at least the young girl wasn't injured too seriously. At least that was the case until the smell of blood would be present in the air for all of the present vampires on the dance floor. It seems the young student had a glass in her hand and her elbow had landed into shattered glass when she had fallen. The nurse has already been contacted and staff is trying to push back the outside students but the following people where only mere inches away when the accident had happened: Ian Fischer, Evangeline Malak, and Athrun Valentine . Ian took a deep breath as he bit the inside of his cheek. The music was powerful, the bass causing the floor and walls to vibrate with every beat. From the sounds of it the place was packed. Lots of bodies moving, brushing up against him as they moved past, many conversations, a few female voices singing along to the current electronica being played. Ian swallowed hard as his hands fiddled around in his suit jacket's pockets.
I mean, it was nice while it lasted. The bubbly freshman girl that had asked him to dance. He had left his white cane leaning against the chair next to him and had done so. And again, it was rather nice. They had laughed and she complimented him. But when another actual friend of hers was seen in the distance she had eep-ed. The girl excused herself quickly as she hurried over to that friend in her heels. And that was okay. He had only met her that night, he wasn't expecting her to spend too much time with him. However ... Ian's face went a touch paler as he realized his predicament.
He was now in a sea of people, busy dancing and having a great time. His cane was somewhere else entirely and in what direction he couldn't be sure anymore. Within his pitch black world that bustled busily around him full of noise and bodies, he stayed right where he was. He didn't want to trouble anyone around him with his dilemma by asking for their assistance. They were having fun at a dance. It would be selfish of him ... And so this is where he was when the scream rang into the air causing Ian to go into a heavy shiver as he spun to face in the direction where it had originated. That hadn't been very far at all. Glass had shattered too, he was sure of it. It wasn't long before the nurse was going to be involved and the poor thing was being tended to but ....
Ian may be blind but even he could tell that something was different. The ... He didn't know how to describe it. The atmosphere had changed. And of course the atmosphere changed. A fellow classmate had hurt herself. So concern and mutterings were understandable. But that's not what caused his stomach to become uneasy ... Something was ... wrong too...

The bass was too much for the fallen angel as she covered her ears by the edge of the dance floor. Surely she could have gone somewhere less loud, right? Wrong, she had been told to come here by a couple friends of hers. They saw that Eva was too shy and too inwardly distant and so decided to push their friend out of her comfort zone. Leena, Jessie, why am I even here? Eva whined in her head as she winced while another bass drop was given by the DJ. She was pulled out of her room quickly so that Emmanuel couldn't see her in her dress by her two best girlfriends. They had giggled as they dressed her in one of their dresses. While they complimented her, it was a struggle to try to get the seemingly strong and most bashful angel to comply with that they wanted. Now she stood there on the edge of the dance floor with her hands over her ears dressed in a white lacy party dress with her hair down and a white flower in her hair held on by a headband. It wasn't until she had noticed a hand at her own hand that she looked up. It was a boy she had often seen around Leena and Jessie that also seemed to have eyes for her. She blushed deeply and stepped back, but the boy followed suit and stepped forward too with her. "I just want to dance with the most beautiful girl at the dance," His smile was charming, but it did not reach his eyes. Eva immediately shut down, but due to her personality she was swept away towards the dance floor without her consent. not wanting to make a scene, she complied with the boys desires. He held her close as they danced, making her stomach flip with how sick she felt. This felt wrong. She didn't want this. Eva looked up, but his eyes were glued to her two best friends on the other side of the room who were dancing rather slutty with another guy. Eva's eyes fell as a sad look entered her eyes. He didn't really want to dance with me...just was put up to it... Eva held back the tears that came with how she was feeling, wanting to get out of there as fast as possible. The loud music and large crowds were not her thing. When the song ended, the boy had immediately excused himself to go to the bathroom. A lie, but one i'll let pass... Eva didn't even look up at him as he went, prefering not to face the truth that was clearly evident. Her friends had set her up to get a dance when the guy wasn't even interested in her that way. It was true Eva wasn't the best at flirting or even romance, but she tried and her intentions were always pure and honest. She held her arms against herself as she just stood there. She wanted to move but a darker presence was making itself known within her. Dark Evangel. No...you can't come out. I am going back to the dorm room to just read, Eva spoke inwardly to the darker presence. With so many souls around her, it was hard to keep all of the negative emotions from being absorbed by her like usual. However, her thoughts were interrupted by a sharp scream. Looking up quickly, Eva sensed fear as well as a deep hunger she hadn't really known what it was yet. "Something is wrong.." Eva started to say, but with the rush of people being shooed away, she had noticed Ian was there as well. "Ian?" Quickly she made her way over to him, leaning down to hopefully grab onto his hand so he knew she was there. "Um--Ian? It's Eva, are you alright?" Her concern was honest. She looked around him. Where was his walking stick? Surely he had it, right? In a quick turn, her protective instincts kicked in as she wished to make sure that Ian was alright. Something had changed within the dance floor. She had heard a glass break, surely, and if it was just a cut then the nurse would take care of it. However, Eva couldn't help but notice the hunger in the room had risen. It was a dark feeling, this feeling of hunger. She had no experience with vampires, never running into one before, but she had felt this type of hunger before when she had been in the same room as a few others in her past; though she had no idea what they were at the time. Close your eyes give me your hand The School dance....An event that Athrun albeit his anti-social and often angry self took off work to attend just to get out from the norm. Dressed in a black suit similar to what he wore to work his dark hair draped onto his back as he made his way through the crowd of people to the snack table, his eyes looking to and fro from the occasional dancer or conversation. Mixing the loud sound of the music to the people talking around him made it hard to focus on any one thing which pissed him off moreso than the giddling of a girl not far from him with her friends. The red eyes met hers for a moment before he placed his cup down and walked off the whispers picking up as he grumbled to himself," What is so damn fun about a dance anyways?," not too happy about this and yet why was he here? There had to be something here that would pique his curiosity. As if God himself had heard the vampires faint plea, one of the girls that had been near him by the table walked over tapping him on the shoulder in which all he could do was stop and look down at her. A small girl compared to him maybe more than five or so inches shorter than him without the heels, her auburn hair sitting on the side as she looked at him with a red tint on her face. She had asked him if he wanted to dance, something that he found odd yet as she stood there waiting for his answer he simply smiled and took her hand. An asshole he was and when a beautiful woman smiled at him and made a request he went with it, a trait that made him perfect at his job- the gentleman with a bad boy attitude. As he danced with the girl, his eyes focused on her he couldn't help but glance at the others giving smiles to their partners what did they see in this? Maybe it was his pessimistic attitude or the fact that he had never experienced such an event in his "life"? The thoughts went rampant as he danced with the girl, the feeling of hearing her heartbeat as she got closer to him made a small sigh escape from his lips," Let this end soon before I actually do it," with his own luck the song had ended and he whisked himself away, but not before kissing her hand in a goodbye. The feeling died soon after as he tried to walk away and yet a sound held him in place. His ears perked as he trained those red eyes towards the area it had originated and the smell that came with it? That savory, copper smell that any vampire would know too well pushed him towards the front of the turmoil. His body continued before stepping forward, his eyes looking at the girl who had just cut herself, the blood flowing from the wound like a small fountain and he couldn't fight this feeling. "W-Whats...going on. I-," he couldn't put his finger on it. It was there and he wanted it regardless and by the time he tried to stop himself? He was kneeling down in front of the bleeding mistress, his hand caressing her cheek as his other pulled out the shards slowly," Shh you will be fine...a fine...," his fingers brushing past his tongue as he shuddered and looked towards her licking her wound clean before it happened. His grip tightening before he completed the deed. In an instant he pressed her neck towards his face, his fangs digging into her neck slowly as he began to drink the sweet blood from her in front of all to see. A vampire who was once in control became lost in himself to his most basic of instincts as he fed uncontrollably on the poor female. Do you feel my heart beating?

Ian would continue to stare in concern and fear at the unknown happenings occurring around him. So focused was he that Ian didn't even register that someone had called his name. His hand being gripped Ian would jump at the sudden force that now held his hand. The jolt had been enough to cause his heart to race faster than it already had been. Though I will say, when he recognized the voice with a slight squint that he squeezed the hand back. "Eva?"
-- "Eva." He'd restate as it was confirmed. His voice showing clear signs of relief. "I'm -- I'm fine. But something happened. I don't know what's going on." If it wasn't for the fact that someone was obviously in physical need over shadowed that, well, he wasn't really alright. His cane was waaaay over there. And without Eva to guide him he'd really be alone in a sea of growing tension, a concept that scared him. Well, would scare him if he wasn't concerned for the female that had cried out only a short time ago.
However, the atmosphere changed again. Ian's ears picked up on a few gasps and felt the tide of the crowd back away. His free hand definitely feeling the sensation of a satin dress move past him, moving away from the point where the scream had occurred. What was happening? "Eva? What's happening?" The teenaged human would ask, his blind eyes unable to see for himself what was causing such a distressed response from everyone. Unconsciously he moved to stand closer to his Hostess Club friend. She was in all ways his guide at this point.

Eva could feel the air change within the dance floor, making her be on edge while she was standing there even with Ian beside her. She could feel the negative auras around her of the students she could only guess were affected by the blood. That's strange, i've never felt such dark auras before like this. It wasn't like she was sheltered, she just didn't get out as often as most would think. As stated before, large crowds were not her thing. They drew too much negative energy towards her angelic body causing her to absorb far too much so that she no longer has any control over what happens in her actions. Eva was a kind soul, she didn't like to cause harm to another creature. However, 'Dark Evangel' could, and she was fully capable of of handling a vampire who got too full of himself and lost within his blood lust. Eva took Ian's hand and squeezed back a bit too tightly. Her nerves getting the better of her as her angelic strength flexes. "Everything will be alright, Ian, i'll take care of you," Eva looked around as she said this. She couldn't believe that already the students were starting to disperse greatly at this time. The teachers really did their work once the trouble started. Eva could feel the pull of Dark Evangel and no longer had the will to disperse 'her' due to how much of the negative auras were still floating about. Her eyes scanned the room till she saw a student bending over another student. Her amber eyes went wide as she gasped. Fear went through her like lightning over the fact that she could feel the life from the one being bent over slowly slip away as if the life-force that drove all bodies were being sucked dry. She could feel the negative emotions building and building even as the teachers cleared the dance floor. How could they not feel this? How could they not feel this and deal with the student taking advantage of the other student. Eva started forward to go and stop the boy, but she couldn't help but feel resistant to harm someone in order to save another. In this, she felt conflict. I have to help her! She's going to die if I don't! Eva yelled at herself in her head, wanting nothing more than to just go back to the dorms and pretend nothing at all happened here tonight. "Ian, I have to do something, so please keep hold of my hand. Don't let go, okay?" Evan spoke to Ian hurriedly, but her soft and kind nature prevented her from causing him much panic with her own voice. She was, after all, once the angel of laughter and song, forever supposed to keep humanity at ease with her dancing and her singing. Servant no more, she now holds her own fate in her hands, and so she still keeps wanting to ease humanity though her shackles are now broken from heaven. If Ian would allow her too, Eva pulled Ian with her a bit more till she came upon the vampire feeding from the young woman. Her eyes widened as she beheld such barbaric actions. "How dare you take what is not yours! Get back from her now!" Eva yelled as she opened her hand. A bright orb of light manifested in her hand as she used her light manipulation ability. The light grew to be roughly the size of a softball, the intensity of the white light growing by the seconds that passed. She clenched her hands as the light then changed into a large square in front of her directed towards Athrun. Eva flicked her fingers once in front of her once in what looked like a prayer gesture done by priests in church. The light flared so that it touched upon those around her and blinded anyone who didn't close their eyes. "Away with you!" OOC: So Eva is up and confronting Athrun, so have fun having the cute clumsy fallen angel come at you XD Eva's Dress [ WORDS 000 | MUSE SONG BY ARTIST ]

The utter chaos from his single deed had no effect on him, his prize was between his arms and he couldn't be happier. If it was easier to compare him to a simple beast this would be the time as he looked around the room, seeing many of the students running about screaming, the girl in his embrace slowly twitching as if he was about to drain her dry...and he probably was.
With each passing moment he grew closer to providing the school with a former student, his feral instincts causing him to not want to stop and maybe this was the reason he had been locked up so long ago. With that being he case he continued to drink before stopping only slightly, his fangs still embedded into the girls neck as his eyes darted about. There had been a vibrant sound of footsteps coming towards the vampire, two sets among the fleeting groups. The red hues plucked his teeth from the girl and licked the wound clean and closed before dropping her body albeit a little rough, then again he made sure her head at least went down softly.
His eyes locked onto the female student coming towards him, blood staining the corner of his mouth as she spoke his tongue cleaned up the little spec as he chuckled," Its simple I made it mine. Doesn't seem like this little tasty girl had any objections to it," he wasn't in his right state of mind and yet his words came out as smooth as his dark voice.
It wasn't the girl that had him worried, it had been the formation of the strange light in her hands. The feeling of this strange form caused him to tense up a bit and preemptively jump back a bit, grabbing onto what he just fed off of and holding her up," Ah Ah be careful or you might hurt this poor girl here. Wouldn't want the blood of an innocent on your hands now would you~," holding hostages wasn't beneath him, but as it stood it would keep her off of him just for a moment. In what seemed to be a stand still he listened to the many students running away from the situation, though he wondered my little miss Hero and her companion came to help
