it's dangerous, i'm fallen.
There's no escape, I can't wait.

NOTES: -So depressed and insecure Neil Coyle | If asked, Iriel couldn't tell you what he learned today or what he even had for lunch. Classes went by as quickly as they started. His notebook was empty, his cooking failed, and his powers back fired when he was supposed to construct something. All he managed to do was cause it to crackle and bust. He just couldn't make anything form today. Worst of all, he was stuck doing Elsie's dirty work throughout the day. Collecting information over the Staff. Who was what, what they taught...and what random memory he could grab. It made his stomach roll into knots. He wasn't the type to enjoy peering into others thoughts. It was why he wore layers half the time or gloves. Sighing, he rolled onto his stomach, burying his face into his pillow while hugging it to his face. Neil would be home soon and Iriel wasn't sure if he was ready for his roommate. The werewolf made living here difficult and it wasn't on purpose. Iriel just so happened to be sneaking off school grounds to answer calls of his "master" and took showers in order not to smell like a bunch of vampires. He hated this so much and he hated keeping all of this locked away from his friends and Neil. He had no one to talk to about his stress or his depression. He had managed to dodge most questions towards the choker around his neck. He even was able to keep it well hidden. But now he was running out of excuses and worse, the coven was getting daring in their feedings. Granted, he was able to hide the bite marks on his shoulder blade and hip. But the one on his forearm was much more difficult. He had been bitten twice there, one as helping out a friend and the other was from a tiny vampire jealously biting over it. It hurt still but was hidden beneath his long sleeves and a bandage. He knew that eventually he would be fond out and that bothered him. Rolling over, he brought his legs up to his chest and snuggled further into his pillow. Maybe, just maybe, if he could fall asleep before Neil got home he could dodge another bullet. Wiggling about, he managed to half pull the covers over himself and get comfortable. In that moment, he heard the door open to the dorm and close softly. Neil was home and Iriel wasn't ready for him. He was certain the werewolf would say something as he hadn't even touched GTA in over four days. |
