There was a cool breeze in the night sky in the town in the island off the coast of New York City. The night was beautiful, the stars were shining rather brightly. The moon was out, bright as ever. Not many were out, some were coming home from work. Bundled in the warmth of coats as they went running down the street trying to catch a taxi or heading to the bus station. Two people were walking down the street, one supporting a female who had obviously been drinking at a club before they left. The one supporting her was of male features. Brown hair than framed her face perfectly. A pair of black skinny jeans that clung to her legs rather tightly. A blue belt fastened around her yet still made her pants sag to reveal a pair of green boxers. A grey shirt that hung loosely on her body. She took in the fine features of a male. Boxy figure, rather skinny, a bit muscly but still scrawny looking. The female had much more of a feminine view. A rather short black leathery skirt on with a black crop top that made her breasts look even larger in a sense. A pair of black thick 6 inch heels, making her slightly taller than the male looking figure beside her. She was a blonde. Her face looked soft and beautiful. Her eye lids were dark with black eye shadow and her lips were a deep red. Her eyes a beautiful ocean blue.
A slight smirk was on Graysen's face. She helped the female down the street as she stumbled and made a few sexual remarks towards Graysen. Every now and then she placed her hand on Graysen's stomach, allowing her hand to lead down to her lower region. Immediately, she made a left, jerking the female into a dark ally. Seeming slightly confused, the female stumbled and spoke in slurs, "Whe' awre we headin'.." Her voice showed obvious fear and confusion. Only to smirk and let out a short giggle. "You'll be fine." Graysen said in a soothing tone which calmed the female in a small sense.
They continued down the small ally only for Graysen to stop as they hit near the middle of it. The female stumbled as Graysen released her, allowing her to stumble and hit the ground. Scraping her knee, she groaned a bit from the sudden hit to the ground. She rubbed her knee gently, slowly lifting herself to be seated on the ground properly. Looking up slowly, her eyes met something that simply made them widen as she stared up. "Aw, how confused you look..." Graysen said, her voice a bit rougher and more as if it had doubled, giving it a stronger and scarier effect. Her body had already morphed. She was floating, although it was simply her sleek long black tail that held her up. She had black hair that went down and met her chin. Although, you could barely see her hair since she had a tattered and torn cloak on that ran down to her feet. Her scarlet eyes stared down at the female. Her body was covered with a black fabric of a sort, concealing her chest and such and her lower region. A pair of horns protruded from the side of her heads and twisted and looked rather large.
Her body twisted as she let her bare feet touch the cold ground. She bent over, only to grip the frightened female's face. Tears stained her pale cheeks as she stared up at Graysen. "You are hurting..." Graysen said, speaking with a rather soft tone, her rough tone had decreased in a sense. Nodding, the female sniffled, rubbing her eyes.
"Make a deal with me..." Graysen said softly, yanking the female's head up, her lips by her ear now. Letting out a small squeal, her body went limp, going along. "I'll make it all go away if you promise me your soul... I'll make the abuse stop... I'll make the pain stop... I'll make sure you are happy... Just let me have your soul and you can be free from everything..." Her voice was soothing, sweet and full of pure innocence. She pulled away from the female's ear now, her scarlet eyes glowing as she stared at the female. Her beautiful ocean blue eyes looked up at Graysen, only to gulp. "Please help me..." She said in a weak tone. A large grinned formed along Graysen's lips. Pulling the female close to her, she allowed their lips to make contact. She kissed her for a split second before dropping the female to the floor once more.
"Done." She smirked widely, staring down at the weeping female.

no such thing as coincidence Benny walked forward in that elegant slowness that showed that he wasn't too eager to get this job done today. He was trying to avoid a certain unicorn due to the unicorn's habit of staying close to Benedict when he did not wish for company. He wasn't anti-social, Benny just liked his alone time when it came around. He was dressed to kill, so to speak, and if looks could kill, Benny would be a mass murderer simply by his looks. He was tracking and killing a woman whom a client wanted dead. She was supposed to be something of a vice-ridden woman according to the email given to Benny. Sometimes his clients didn't like to show their face to the vampire, so they sent everything over closed connections via his laptop or phone. He had paid a computer expert to build him a phone and laptop that scrambled the IP address at random intervals constantly. He couldn't be too careful when it came to technology. Despite growing up and living much of his first 25 years of human life in an age where the closest bit of technology was simple machines, he did very well for himself finding certain people to 'upgrade' his intelligence over time. He wore an almost all black suit where only the tie and the handkerchief in his front pocket were blood red in color. He wore dress shoes that were black in color too. As per his usual, he wore black skin-tight leather gloves on his hands that both protected him from fingerprints and from any harm that might come his way. His hair was shaggy like usual but it was brushed hastily. An eye-patch covered the one amber eye that didn't work anymore.
He came upon the road outside of the club that he was following her from. Surely the woman would stop partying for once in her life to figure out that someone had it out for her head. However, Benny didn't care what his targets did or didn't do. They were simply targets to him. Targets didn't have thoughts, feelings, souls. They were nothing at all. Benny could do his job with ease simply because he couldn't feel emotions. He could understand them to a degree, but otherwise he couldn't experience them for himself. Sterling, his unicorn 'friend' and constant sleeping companion, even tried to make him experience them. As uncomfortable as it was for Benny to go through that, even now he didn't think anything of it all. The woman was at fault for the bounty on her head. The reasons behind the jobs did not interest him, only the paycheck did. He glanced around with the only working eye he had, the amber flashing in the low light of the street lamps. Surely she couldn't have gone far. From the information he had gathered at the club she was quite 'smashed' as the kids say these days. He sniffed the air, catching the scent easily. He closed his amber eye once while he did so and then opened it back up slowly. He found her.
Moving quickly with his superior speed, he came upon the alleyway that wasn't too far from the club. However, once he had started to step forward to get his prey, the preditor smelled a different scent in the air as well. He came upon this scent sometimes, but he figured that they usually came and went quickly, however, this one was still here. Lovely, competition. He thought mentally, sarcastic even within his mind. The sociopath decided that it wasn't worth losing more time on it already than he had used. After all, time was money to the vampire mercenary. He walked up to the alleyway deliberately, unsheathing his katana. Swords were less quiet and less mess for his 'cleaner', Emiko Inoue to clean up. He didn't try to leave messes, they just sometimes happened. The katana gleamed in the moonlight, making him seem more menicing than he was trying to give off normally. Due to his upbringing, he was taught to put on a facade for all of society to hide the horrible man he was beneath. Walking quietly, he noticed two figures. One who was obviously a woman and his intended target, and the other who looked to be a mix of both genders and much too much like how Sterling changes sexes sometimes. The observation made a sliver of annoyance flow through him. Sterling, though claimed as Benny's 'possession', sometimes got a little too close for comfort. However, Benny did enjoy Sterling's presence at times. They had an interesting relationship.
Deciding at the last minute that guns would be quicker in this instant since distance was needed to be kept between the other figure and himself. Sheathing his katana, he withdrew his right gun and a silencer. Attaching it quickly, he aimed at the woman on the ground silently. Two pulls of the trigger was all that was heard as the suppressed fire came out quickly. Two bullet holes pierced the woman; one in her chest over her heart and the other in her head. No other sound other than the woman's short scream came. Benny sighed, lowering his firearm and moving forward to make sure his target was indeed dead. She was a human woman, but he's had his fair share of surprises over the last 170 years. Flipping open his phone, he tapped Emiko's speed dial number. He was short and precise with his words as usual when talking with her. "Job cleared, gunshot wounds to the head and the chest. Make it look like an accident or make her disappear; your choice as usual. Address is in the text message." Pulling his phone away, he quickly ended the call and texted her the address and directions to her. His amber eye moved boredly to the female in front of him. If he had to guess on her gender, he'd just go with female. After all, what did it matter anyway to the vampire? "Do me a favor, kid, forget my face and what happened here if you know what's good for you." He often just killed those that saw him too, but he figured that Emiko didn't need anymore bodies to take care of than she already had that night. "Now, run along like a good little girl." Benny turned around and flipped open his phone again, seeing a new text from Emiko as well as his client.

She had heard the foot steps of the man a mile away. She heard a lot. The constant moving of rats and animals as they scrambled along the dark streets in search of some sort of food. She decided to ignore it though... No one would have came down the street and if they did, she would lure them into coming closer so they could be another victim of a contract. She licked her lips, closing her eyes as she let her thoughts roll through her mind until she heard the scream. Her eyes shot open rather quickly, her eyes shooting down to the female. She had been shot in the head and chest. 'How lovely, she's dead already which means I get the soul...' She let her thoughts roll over in her head. Suddenly, her body began to burn and that anger seemed to begin to boil. She tilted her head now, having easily spotted the man as he came closer to check to see if she had died.
Standing there now, she glared down as he spoke into the phone to someone. Someone had to come dispose of the body of course. It couldn't be left here out in the open. Someone would notice and file a report or tell the police. She understood that concept, but why did he kill her? She knew of her history and she knew what she was up to. But murder? She of course had a bounty on her head but she didn't know the woman would die tonight - and in front of her. She seemed to have let her thoughts run through her rather slowly, as when she snapped back into reality she heard the man telling her to run along like a good little girl.
This sent her body into action. She quickly moved herself to stand in front of the man. He was dressed nicely and that seemed to let a smirk crawl along her lips. She then shook her head, her head tilting up to look towards him. She allowed to let her hand travel up to his phone as she took a hold of the phone and ripped it from her grasp. "One, I dislike being told what to do. And what's good for me? You sound like an idiot... Sorry... Two, I won't forget your face because I can't seem to forget a handsome face," She let her voice go soft for a few minutes as she attempted to compliment him. Her scarlet eyes stared up at him rather innocently. Tilting her head now, she smiled slightly. "I'm also not a good girl and no I will not run off..." She let a sweet smile roll over her lips now as she moved her hands behind her back and took a step forward. She was now closer to him. Her chest was close to touching his. She was attempting to make him feel uncomfortable in a way. She stared up at him, tilting her head as she took in each detail of his face. "What's your name... I think I've seen you around... I think I know you from somewhere..." She tilted her head now, curiosity crossing her face as she moved her hand and placed it on his forearm. She lifted up his left arm and examined it rather closely as if she was searching for something that was on him. She dropped his arm and let it go to his side. Moving on, she ran her hands down his chest as she paused at his stomach. Looking back up, she sent her right hand to his eye patch. "You look interesting. What is your story? Tell me something." She examined his face some more. After finishing, she began to move around him, looking him up and down. Dress shoes... She let her hand travel into his pocket as she dropped his phone into his pocket as well before removing her hand.
She was attempting to possibly annoy or anger the man. She sniffed the air slightly, glancing to him. A familiar scent. What was he? He wasn't human obviously because they always smelled of rotting flesh. But he, he did not... She placed another smile on her face and planted herself in front of him. Allowing the smile to drop, she stared up at him. "Do you like this place...?" She whispered in a rather soft voice. There was a small hint of sadness with this now. Her eyes lowering slightly as she stared at the ground. "You obviously are not human from the looks of it.. The smell of it... You aren't of this world I believe... I could be wrong but..." She let her voice trail off before pausing. Looking up, she placed a rather stern look on her face. "Tell me, creature. What is your name and what was your purpose of killing that woman?" Her voice got rough with last few words, her eyes hardening on him as she awaited his answer.
