Matthias was typically unaware of just how naive he behaved but this was... He was just plain silly to think he could overcome his instinct. At this point, he was probably just as impatient as the other male was to get on with it. Maybe not that impatient. He winced when Silas grabbed his wrists, restraining him further. He fidgeted as the distance between their faces closed again, gasping when Silas put his lips on his skin. His body tensed, this wasn't what he wanted. Matthias wanted those lips on his so he could get a taste. His senses suddenly cleared up when he felt a sharp pinch on the spot that had just been the source of his pleasure. Another small gasp escaped his lips and his feet slid around the bed as he dug his heels into it.
When Silas finally pulled his mouth away, Matthias's muscles relaxed as he slumped down on the bed. He was certain the man had left a blemish on his otherwise flawless skin. Every few days or so it would clear up and it had been a few hundred years so his skin was very clean. He blinked a few times and looked at Silas for two seconds before smashing his lips against him. He went in for a french kiss, sure that the other man wouldn't mind at all. It was bitter from the remnants of the cigarettes, a taste he wasn't too fond of. There was also a few traces of that alcohol they'd both consumed. But it was also there. The addictive sweetness Matthias imagined would be there because of the way the other man spoke. He needed more. More of everything. "L-Let go!-Please!.." he gasped in between locking lips with Silas. Matthias needed to get his hands on him. He hadn't been very forceful at all throughout the night but his strength was beginning to grow in the face of desperation. His struggling increased as he worked furiously to free his hands. WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T BE AFRAID OF THE DARK ❝ He'd only seemed encouraged as he felt the male squirm beneath him, his grip on his wrists tightening a bit as he continued to sink his teeth into his flesh. Only when he was done did he pull away, just enough to get a good look at his handiwork. It certainly didn't look like a human bite mark, but the poor boy wouldn't notice that anytime soon. Then again, he didn't seem all that concerned, Vincent once again pleasantly surprised as lips connected to his again, though this time in a much deeper kiss that the demon certainly found far more appealing than the little pecks from before. And he made absolute sure that he didn't have the chance to escape too soon, leaning in more as he fought for his dominance, giving the boy a lighter bite to his tongue when it managed to slip between his teeth. In between the struggle, however, Matthias had managed to breathe out a plea, struggling even more so in an attempt to get his hands free. What surprised Vincent, however, was the kid's strength. He was much stronger than he looked, the demon even having a bit of trouble keeping him steady. How interesting! He didn't give up right away however, making sure to get a good taste of the guy who was just full of surprises before he finally released his hold, his hands resting on each side of the smaller males head as he resumed his invasion past his lips. He would have use of his hands again, but the demon hadn't backed off completely. Matthias wouldn't be able to move from his spot unless he forced Vince off of him. And quite honestly, part of the mischievous demon would have liked to see him try. MADE BY MINNIE OF FTS & GS

The other man was giving him far too much trouble. Matthias had a hankering to do something and do it well (very well at that) and Silas refused to budge. His focus was completely split between the kiss and getting his hands free, which annoyed Matthias even more. When the hold around his hands seemed to get tighter, Matthias began further tapping into reserves of strength. The dragon didn't look like much as a human but he was still no measly human- not after all he'd been through as one.
He felt a nip at his tongue and flinched. Now it was becoming aggravating. If the other man didn't let go soon, he'd have a dragon of a problem. Oh sure, now he let go. He must've heard Matthias's thoughts. His arms instantly flew around Silas's neck and waist so that Matthias could finally get into this kiss. It was even better than he thought it was.
Better now than never. Matthias didn't see a point in holding back anymore. Besides, if he wasn't having a good time there was no way he could showcase all of his "skill". He was a natural, after all. He tore himself away from Silas's mouth, panting a few times before moving closer. He passed the pretty face until his lips beside were beside Silas's ear. "Lie down for me~" he murmured softly, blowing warm air on his skin as he spoke. In his mind he should have more or less copied what Silas did earlier perfectly. But even if it didn't appeal to him- Matthias began tracing the natural indent along Silas's spine with his fingernail as he waited for him to oblige. Easy to create a spine-tingling sensation by fiddling with it. Silas would move for him. If he knew what was good for him- he would. VINCENT PRICE Notes: No more from me after this ~

WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T BE AFRAID OF THE DARK ❝ Fortunately for Vincent, releasing the boy didn't turn out to be a bad idea. In fact the demon really didn't need to concern himself with keeping Matthias there as the boy practically latched onto him, deepening the kiss further if it were even possible. The demon hummed in approval, letting a free hand grab the back of the boy's head, fingers tangling in his hair as he held him close. Eventually they'd pull apart, the demon even panting a bit as he looked down to the male. Until he got a bit out of sight anyway. Vince smirked as the boy tried to mimic his own tactics a bit, though did find himself intrigued by the command. Had he had any sort of mind to reject, however, he seemed to have been won over as he traced his finger down his spine, eliciting a hiss that escaped the scarred man as he took in a breath. It caused him to shudder a bit in a chill. Oh yes, full of surprises, this one. The demon had definitely made the right choice in pursuing him. With that settled, he obliged, wrapping his arms around Matthias long enough to roll both of them over, switching their positions. "Well come on, then." he chuckled. "Show me what you've got." he encouraged, resting his arms behind his head as he waited to see if the teen could further impress him. MADE BY MINNIE OF FTS & GS

There wasn't much of a fight left in him so he let himself get pulled down with Silas. Even though they weren't clean, he still felt rather comfortable lying on top of him. He nuzzled his chest, finding a resting spot. All he had to do was close his eyes and then he'd get whisked away to sleep. But Matthias wasn't quite finished yet. His work was not yet done.
Speaking up now would ruin the moment. It would, it most certainly would. For all he knew it could absolutely destroy the temporary comfort he was enjoying. He crawled up a little bit and cupped Silas's face in his hands and leaned down for a long kiss. But there was no point in squeezing the illusion for extra seconds. Best get through with it now rather than later. He backed down, burying his face in Silas's chest. "Silas?.." He didn't wait for a response. "You... Could you?..." That wouldn't do. Out with it. "Or I'll just-... I should go." There. "If I fall asleep now it'll hurt really bad if I wake up and you're not there. S-So I'll just go! Don't worry about it..." his voice cracked mid sentence. He was a little tired and a lot drunk, but he would manage. He just had to cross town and get back to school. It wasn't that bad, right? But it also wasn't what he wanted. "But... if you'll hold me tonight... And again another day- and another day! Even if it's just pretend..." It was hard not be honest in this situation. "I want to talk to you again!- And again!... So you can use my body again!.. and again.." He was beyond a few cracks in his voice. Matthias sounded like he was on the edge of tears. "No I lied. I don't want you to fake it. But if you'll just use my body and let me use yours..." He grit his teeth. He was fine with settling before he got involved in this mess! But he also didn't know what else there was. He feel like he didn't have any options. "I don't even know what I'm saying. I'm guess I'm not sober. I'll just go then..." His voice grew quiet as he finished speaking. If the other male let go of him- he would leave without causing any more trouble. The first one to give him trouble on the way home would wake up halfway across the ocean. VINCENT PRICE

WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T BE AFRAID OF THE DARK ❝ After all that fun even the demon found himself just a little spent, his arms still wrapped around the smaller male and 'claws' having finally retracted from the poor guy's back now that he was able to calm down from the adrenaline rush. The kiss he'd recieved also helped, the demon humming once again in approval as he locked lips with Matthias for a good bit. Once his face was released, he lied back and stared at the ceiling. He could use a cigarette right now to settle the mood, but he didn't even know where the littl fuck tossed his pants and was far too lazy to get up and find them. Damn. In fact, he was quite tempted to just fall asleep right there, even the springs of the old and uncushioned mattress wasn't enough to deter him. And he might have fell asleep too, had it not been for a voice. Oh yeah... How could he forget the naked teen still lying on top of him. He did however forget giving the boy a fake name, however, quirking a brow as he addressed him as Silas. "Who now?" he questioned. He was too tired, too drunk to remember much of anything like that and quite frankly, even if he had there was really no need in the alias anymore. He'd gotten what he wanted out of this. But, sadly, Matthias had not and before he could further investigate the strange name that he'd given himself, the kid started spouting so much nonsense that the demon had a hard time keeping track. "Christ." he groaned after Matthias had finally stopped speaking, all of that useless rambling giving the demon a headache. "You really are a naive little kid." Drunk, but not drunk enough to play nice, apparently, even when the kid looked on the verge of tears. In fact that only served to annoy him even more. Enough of the charming act. "Did you really think something was coming out of this?" he questioned with a twisted smirk, the inquiry certainly genuine. "That's kind of pathetic, really." he stated. Not only because that was some kind or romantic bullshit, but the fact he was so desperate to stick with someone he'd literally met only a couple hours ago. "You're cute, Matt, but I was just looking for a casual fuck." he stated with a shrug, having finally released him by that point. He was free to go, or stay if he really wanted to. The demon could honestly care less. "If you ever want to go for another round though, I'm certainly game." he chuckled as he casually crossed his arms behind his head again. No sense lying about it. The kid was pretty skilled in bed. As long as he left that prissy shit at the door, he wouldn't mind bumping into him again. His lips quivered when the other male responded to him. He had been expecting as much but he was too delusional to not have hoped for something more. But man did it bite. He just trampled all over his feelings and pride without a second thought. That.. That!... He turned red with anger. It was exactly the kind of "bad-boy" attitude he couldn't resist. Or at least he thought he was correctly matching the label to the behavior.
"So Silas isn't even your real name!" he began, lifting himself up a bit. "You think I don't know it's pathetic? You think I'm just a little kid?! Oh but that's right! You don't even know me- you were spending the entire time trying to get into my pants!" Insults? What was that going to do?! "Oh but you're just too good for any of this- I bet- no I know this doesn't even scratch your huge ego. God Damn!!" He was feeling irrational. Now those all those novels finally made sense. "It's exactly because you're like that!" he ranted. And you know what? He just gave this guy the time of his life. He flicked the once again nameless man in the head. "You'll remember my name when I'm through with you!!" he firmly stated, showing a bit of resolve. "You'll be screaming it." After the kind of reaction he got earlier- it probably wouldn't be too hard after a few more tries. Another convoluted plan began brewing in his head. "I'll have your name, pervert," he growled, lowering his head back onto his chest. The other half of his personality was finally peeking through the alcohol. "And I'll admit- you're really good looking and I bet you find everything about yourself perfect.." he scowled, it sounded even worse out loud. "But I like you and you like me- in bed. So I'll get what I want and you'll let me have the privelge of f***ing you senseless," he scoffed, tightening his arms around him. "And yeah, okay maybe you don't care but I wanna I sleep like this so you're gonna hold your new-" he paused. What was the word? "Hold your new bi*** because nobody can do better than me and I know it," he demanded, flaunting his pride shamelessly now. "In fact I'm not even tired! I bet you couldn't even last as long as me! And I'm probably older than you!!" he challenged, glaring at him straight in the eyes. VINCENT PRICE Notes: Matthias decided he was NOT getting left on lying on the cold hard ground today (^: /shot

WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T BE AFRAID OF THE DARK ❝ From tears to anger, Vincent's smirk widened as he watched the boy go red, clearly not too fond of his dismissal. The demon simply went quiet again, watching the scene play out as Matthias went on a frustrated rampage and letting him do all the work. Aside from sex, getting people angry was practically what he lived for, so he was just eating this up. Of course the louder he'd gotten, the worse his headache became, causing the man to groan as he clutched the side of his head. So loud for a pipsqueak! Maybe he should have chosen a better time to set him off? Oh well.. Too late now. He did return his attention to the actual words the kid was spouting out as he mentioned screaming his name (and gave him a flick to his forehead that caused him to wince slightly), that part seeming to catch the demon's interest. "Oh? And how do you propose you do that?" he questioned with a quirked brow, smiling at the ideas that came to mind. The kid was good. Not that good. But he certainly wouldn't stop him from trying anything, always in the mood to be entertained. The kid seemed pretty adamant about staying now, however, regardless of how Vincent truly felt about this whole thing. He rolled his eyes at the thought, feeling those arms tighten around him with enough strength that Vince was far too lazy to even attempt to pry him off. While certainly amused, he still hadn't changed his mind through that impressive speech. The only thing Matthias had that he was even remotely interested in was skills in bed. Outside of that, he was pretty much useless, though this attitude of his was giving him just a little more reason to enjoy the little shit's company. "You seem to think you've got everything under control." he chuckled, finding his bold statements very cute. "Whatever you've got to tell yourself to sleep better at night, kid." he continued with a shrug, purposely discarding the boy's name again just to annoy him even more. Vincent was back into his regular mood it seemed, wearing that smug grin on his face. He was enjoying every second of this. But then he spoke up again, Vincent's smirk faltering a bit and looking less smug now but more intrigued. Another round so soon? He hadn't expected it to be perfectly honest, thinking the kid was down and out. Apparently not. The demon himself was just a tad tired, lacking much stamina, sadly, but he was hardly the type to back down from a challenge. But rather that play right away, Vince decided to turn his attention to that last bit that stood out to him. "Older then me, eh?" he questioned as he propped himself up a bit, looking down to the glaring male. Certainly didn't look it, but looks could be deceiving, he knew that well enough. He'd had his suspicions and whether or not he'd finally been certain of it now, or it simply could have been the fact he was still too intoxicated to think clearly, the demon decided to test that. "How old are you?" he questioned, large horns gradually growing on top of his head, eyes beginning to glow. Satisfied with he had to say, Matthias had every intention of dropping the conversation there- sex or sleep. But the other man didn't fail to impress him with that pretty little mouth of his. "Don't sound so cocky! You seemed to have a mouthful earlier even though it's only your first time with me," he retorted. Truth be told he wasn't sure exactly what he was going to do. His sexual encounters had never been anything too adventurous since most of his clients were pleased with his basics. In fact the little stunt he had pulled tonight was supposed to be his special treatment. He wasn't too sure how he was going to outdo himself. He almost got carried away in his thoughts but leave it to the other man to agitate him.
"Stop calling me that!" He barked. He ought to bite him but he had an irritated notion he might enjoy it. The worst part was that it was true. It really was to help him sleep at all. He'd probably have bad dreams and sleep poorly if he didn't believe in his own plan. He'd get this man's affection even if it was only for his body. A little alcohol here and a little imagination there and it would be just like what Matthias really wanted.
He thought about what he would or could say next- there was a way to make him mad, right? But the other man pointed out something he had let slip. His age. Shoot. He just went against everything the school was preaching about blending in with humans. But why should he have to blend in the them! They're just humans. They should have to try and keep up with beings like Matthias! They'd have to get into vehicles just to match his strut in his real form. He almost got carried away with his internal ranting once more if it weren't for the loaded question- and of course the freaky transformation thing he had going on. "W-Well! I'm.. old enough to drink..." Did he even know how old he was? They didn't exactly care about time as much as the humans did. How many times had he watched the sun rise and fall while he was alone in the ocean? Matthias could probably remember his birthdays if he converted the days to years.
Then he lifted up his head. Horns. And shiny eyes. "Oh.." He stared for only a moment before letting out a sigh of relief. Then came laughter. "Haha, thank goodness!" he snuggled closer, lowering his head back onto the man's chest. "Had me worried there! Thought I'd become partial to human of all things!" he said without tensing up a bit. The fact that he'd just slept with a demonic being who could be out to steal his soul didn't seem to bother him one bit. At least he wasn't a human!
But since he wasn't a human- "So.. Well.. I think it's my six hundred and thirty-fifth year..." He was in his prime but he was also officially middle aged. He turned red at admittance. Well the other man didn't know that yet! He didn't know what Matthias was. He didn't know who Matthias was. Was his family tree still famous? "I'll tell you my real name if you tell me yours..." he mumbled into the (possibly) older male's skin. A fair trade between beings like themselves. Maybe he could even use his reputation to his advantage? He was sure people were into that sort of thing- what did they call it? Some kind of weird fascination or obsession with that sort of thing. VINCENT PRICE Notes: Just a soul stealing, demonic embodiment of evil! No reason to panic here~

WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T BE AFRAID OF THE DARK ❝ Cocky? Vincent? Never! He chuckled at the thought but left it at that, not really able to offer too much of an argument. He was satisfied at any rate, but to say the boy exceeded his expectations might have been a bit too much. Then again, Vincent was likely playing it down simply because he didn't want to give credit where it was due, always a cheat like that. To expect any different was asking too much from the demon, to be perfectly honest. Really, the kid ought to take the fact that he was willing to have him again as a compliment, as that was pretty much the closest he was going to get. Old enough to drink? Well obviously, which was why he needed to sneak in and leech drinks off of a bunch of horny bastards. But before he could comment on that, Matthias finally noticed his appearance change... Vincent could honestly say he hadn't expected that reaction. His brows lifted in surprise as the smaller male snuggled up closer to him, almost as if he was relieved to have just had sex with a demon. Actually that was exactly what it was and after Matthias admitted it, Vincent finally laughed. "Not the response I usually get." he admitted with a toothy smirk, fangs having returned to their previous sharpness. But that wasn't a bad thing. It just meant that he was right. That this kid was more than meets the eye. It was about then that Matthias admitted his age. An age that did surprise the demon. Oops? Looked like he wasn't actually a kid, huh? Wouldn't stop the demon from referring to him as such, though, despite actually being younger than him. It was strange how aging worked in the supernatural world. You could be a thousands of years old yet still look like a toddler. He was quite fortunate to have aged to the appearance he had. But never mind that. The kid had a quiet proposal he'd nearly missed, the demon quirking his brow at the suggestion. Problem was, Vincent didn't actually remember his real name. He'd been given one when he'd come into existence, but the moment he was given freedom, he completely abandoned everything, including his own name apparently. But Matthias didn't have to know that so his 'real' name would have to suffice. "Well since you insist..." the demon began with a sigh. "I'm Vincent." he finally answered. "But you can call me whatever the fuck you want." he added with a shrug. He'd gone by many names over the years, so much that he could hardly keep track of them all. Vincent had just been the default he stuck to, especially when it came to human businesses. "What's yours, Matty boy?" he questioned with a chuckle, unable to deny some interest in who this guy really was. His ears perked up. This time for sure. "Vincent," he echoed. Nothing was coming up in his mind. Nothing particularly positive at least. "That's much better. Nothing too noble about that name..." he muttered to himself. Vincent. Vincent the demon. Vincent, his new demon partner. He'd read a few books about this type of relationship. In the end they all proved to be very unhealthy and the author or narrator regret every bit of it. Was there anything he could do about it? Probably not.
"Vincent.." he called. "It's your name so I'm going to use it! You should do the same!" he grumbled, frustrated with his refusal to drop the aliases. How old was he anyways?! But a deal is a deal. "L-..." he hesitated. "Well Matthias is my real name!.. A human made me his son.. and he gave it to me..." he stated, acting a bit defensively. He supposed that was his only issue with the name business. He didn't want to falsify the authenticity of the name he was given. "And well.. My family name is.. Well.. It's Medusa and my title- or I guess my name is Leviathan," he mumbled. It wasn't that big of a deal anymore right? Not nowadays? VINCENT PRICE Notes: Cat's out the bag ~___~

WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T BE AFRAID OF THE DARK ❝ THE DEMON SCOFFED AT MATTHIAS' COMMENT. Apparently his name seemed more fitting now that it didn't seem nobel. Whatever the fuck that was supposed to mean. "Thanks?" he offered as a question, not as offended as he might have acted, especially since even he could admit to being a creature that was far from noble. In fact, he was still smirking like an idiot, showing just how serious he really was. He was slowly starting to sober up, but the effects of alcohol were certainly still lingering. He did roll his eyes however when the boy insisted he use the name. It was really only there for blending in value. It would have been difficult if someone were to ask for a name from a nameless demon, after all. Now it was the kid's turn but unfortunately he wasn't off to that great of a start, Vincent frowning a bit as his brow quirked. Did this brat really just cheat him out of a name? Not that Vince actually gave two shits about who he was, but the sheer fact that he was able to get away with it was just a tad frustrating. He'd blame his drunkness for not realizing sooner. Oh, but wait... The boy wasn't done just yet. Finally getting the answer he was looking for, the demon was still a bit surprised. "Leviathan?" he repeated, sounding slightly skeptical. "You are shitting me, right?" he laughed. This little thing was supposedly the terrifying sea monster? He didn't believe it for a second. "Not exactly wise to try and bullshit a demon, you know." he continued to chuckle, clearly amused by the notion. It was their trade, after all. They were pretty much masters of lying, so it was only natural that they'd be able to call out lies, correct? Apparently not, but it didn't appear Vincent was going to be convinced so easily. Matthias got his hopes up for only a moment when the word seemed foreign on Vincent's tongue. And just as he did before, he shot those hopes down in a heartbeat. Matthias flushed red. "W-What are you laughing at?!" he yelled, jumping up. What about it was unbelievable?! "What about it is unbelievable?!" he repeated out loud. Matthias usually kept his ancestry a secret and having this kind of reaction was.. Weird
In fact, he didn't ever expect to tell another soul. He wasn't sure if he'd ever find a mate, nor would he be explaining a human anytime soon. He was kind of upset that Vincent didn't believe him but at the same time- it was a weird that he was talking to someone. He could feel himself getting more and more attached to the brute. How badly could things end? Well.. Pretty badly- but!
He had something to deal with in the present time. "I mean I can prove it, you know..." he mumbled unenthusiastically. He didn't really want to prove himself anytime soon. "But I'll show you some other time since... since it's late." Is what he said, but in reality he just didn't want Vincent to slip out of his hands quite yet. "Don't you think it's strange how the sailors stopped speaking about the legends around my time? That's because everybody died and I left for the land. And on top of that I bet you didn't even know the Leviathan is a dragon of the sky. But they stayed in the water to avoid humans so I can swim faster than I can fly. I assure you, I am 'Leviathan', but I guess you'll just have to see for yourself." Well that was a mouthful. With his very well developed social skills he hastily tried to change the topic. "A-Are you gonna hold me or not?! I can't sleep like this you know! I'm kinda getting tired of talking.." and he was sure that Vincent was probably tired of him talking too. VINCENT PRICE

WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T BE AFRAID OF THE DARK ❝ OH DEAR, it looked like he'd managed to offend the poor thing with his laughter. It only amused the drunken demon more seeing him get so flustered like that. Could one really blame him for being skeptical though? He hardly pictured the Leviathan to be so... underwhelming. Ah, but that was the wonders of human guises, he supposed. Still, it would take far more than that to really convince Vincent that this guy was a big old dragon. He appeared far too soft for that. Ah, but maybe he just had too much expectations for such a terrifying beast. It was kind of disappointing, really. So when the boy asked why he didn't believe him, the demon had no problem explaining. "Because," he began, flicking the big scary dragon in the forehead this time. "I expected something bigger. And maybe a little more scary." he laughed. "And you, my dear little bitch, are about as terrifying as a box of kittens." he teased. Actually he might have believed him to an extent and was only playing dumb to tick the poor guy off. Either way, he was still wearing that shit-eating grin. He'd behave though as Matthias went on his little speech again, lying back and closing his eyes as he simply chose to listen to the ramble without actually paying attention to the words themselves. Something about sailors and dragons and the sky, just nothing he was particularly interested in. He was actually on the verge of drifting off whenever the kid stopped talking about nonsense and instead scolded him for not holding him. The demon peeked open a glowing eye, a questioning brow quirked. Was this guy being serious? "Kid, I didn't even agree to you sticking around and cuddling." he began with a chuckle. Really, he was quite lucky the demon was being accommodating. Or rather he was too drunk to give any shits. "Hold yourself if you want." he yawned, arms still behind his head and keeping him propped up enough to where he could look down on the grumpy dragon. As far as him getting tired of talking, the feeling was certainly mutual. He was starting to wonder if he ever shut up. Course perhaps if he played nice and held him like he wished, maybe he'd shut up and fall asleep. Unfortunately Vince wasn't much of the nice type. MADE BY MINNIE OF FTS & GS

If Matthias was a little bit better at talking he would be able to come up with a great response on the spot- but he couldn't. There was no way he didn't like Matt! There was no way. He was drunk and he ought to be euphoric right about now. He's a dishonest one! He definitely didn't mind Matt! After all! Matt was...
Was there anything he had to offer? Not particularly no. Vincent probably wasn't interested in his petty affection anyways. Demons weren't the type if he remembered correctly. Why did he like him again?! Right. The bastard got him really, really drunk and he was feeling particularly sentimental in bed with someone he'd actually spoken to. The aura of confidence.. The way he infuriated Matt. 'We're not lovers' he announced mentally. It was almost as if the fact eluded his brain. Or perhaps he was avoiding it himself.
The pretty words of the stories he read began to seep into his thoughts. Warmth. Comfort. Security. A kiss goodnight. He sighed. Matthias would be lucky if he could keep an iron grip on Vincent until he woke up in the morning. It's not like Matthias hadn't spent years and years by himself. 'Holding himself' at night. Matthias wanted to angrily retaliate however he felt a slight timidness creep across his being. What if Vincent really left him? He wouldn't even be able to savor this illusion for a single night. That fear would be enough to keep his mouth shut.
He adjusted himself slightly, making certain his hold would wake him up if Vincent stirred. He lifted his head just high enough to lightly brush his lips against Vincent's skin. This would have to do. He lowered his head back onto Vincent's chest, shutting his eyes. "If you're a demon you should just take my soul," he whispered very quietly. As far as Matthias was concerned, there was nothing to look forward to in the next four or five hundred years of his life. He let his emotions die down and the lulls of alcohol overtake him and quickly fell asleep. VINCENT PRICE Notes:He knew~ Vincent was~ trouble when he chugged it > o >
